Now if you are serious about marrying her, I hope you have talked about the debt you are in. It is important to be honest with financial problems as that is the #1 reason for divorce.
However I would not ask her to pay it off. It is not her debt, and people advising her would tell her not to marry you. It would seem as if you are using her. Remember her money is not "our money" until after the wedding.
Make sure you have discussed finaces with her.

I married a guy who was in debt like you from a divorce. Well, he asked and I told him NO! You made that debt you pay for it.
Now if she offers, realize that she is doing it because she loves you and don't miss use her!
