(Sorry, ran out of space) ...His side, His, hands, and His feet? I mean Jesus showed it to them, right? Wasn't that proof enough of His resurrection? Didn't they believe?

Every movie I've seen about Jesus never shows Him eating the broiled fish. It's just the "look at my hands" part. How come they never show Jesus eating the fish?
And during every crucifixion scene, they don't include the part where it says the dead went out of their graves. Why so?

Let you in on a little secret, story of the crucifixion and resurrection is a fable. It never happened, and I'm not saying that Jesus doesn't provide a solid moral foundation and inspiration for millions of people around the world. It is not necessary to believe in a Superman like God in order to understand the wisdom that Jesus gave to the world anymore than it is necessary to believe the Superman actually exists because you happen to read some of his comic books.
So fish or steak or fly through the air really doesn't make much difference.

Actually you're now not a Catholic for the reason that a Catholic could realize that the Holy Eucharist is the real Body and Blood of Jesus. The host alterations into the Body and Blood of Jesus via the Holy Spirit that's what transubstantiation is approximately. The substance of the bread and wine/water stay however it has been stuffed with the essence of God that is how it is the Body and Blood of Jesus. The sacrifice is a cold sacrifice to be discovered through all generations. The motive why Non-Catholics are advocated to not partake of the Holy Eucharist ordinarily for the reason that such a lot don't think it to be the real Body and Blood of Jesus and the opposite motive is that through participating in communion you're additionally declaring you think the whole lot that the Catholic Church teaches if for your center you don't what you've got performed is lied to your self as a consequence you dedicated mortal sin. You do become aware of that on the Last Supper Jesus performed that very factor He taken bread made through human palms and stated, "This is my Body", He broke it and allotted it among the Apostles to devour and once more He took the cup and stated, "This is my Blood", and once more He handed it round for His Apostles to drink. Now He informed His Apostles to try this in reminiscence of Him so that is precisely what His Apostles had performed, and their successors had performed for the period of the centuries.

Most don't understand the magnitude of what happened. The disciples were not even understanding completely what had happened. He ate the fish to show them that he was indeed still flesh and bones like they were. He had to impress upon them that he was indeed resurrected. He didn't have to eat, He did that for the benefit of the disciples.
The films produced by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints do show the resurrection of others after the resurrection of Christ, as told in the scriptures.

Imagine there are a score of people that came to see you because they knew you were in town.....
because you host their coming to your place, you know they have not eaten in a while because they longed to hear the things that you have to say about the things that you have encountered, the places that you have been, the things that you have done.... and all these things are good, but time passes, and you know they have not eaten.......
You are pretty much obligated to feed them.....
You, yourself, don't have to eat, but isn't is more of a role as a model of roles to show you are one of the crowd, when you eat with the likes of them......?

Ummmm....He was hungry?
I believe that Scripture recorded that scenario because there were many Gnostics about, preaching that Jesus rose as a phantom or a ghost and didn't really rise in his own body.

Jesus was probably hungry, besides showing the Apostles that he wasn`t a ghost.
Film makers don`t usually go the whole nine yards for cost reasons.

To show it was really Him and not some ghost, not some enlightened being, just Jesus, like they knew Him from before. :)
