I have a five-year-old who loves acting, camera's etc. I'd love for her to get involved with modeling, I don't think I'd want her in t.v shows or movies but commercials and clothing ads seem about right.
Anyone have any good talent agencies, or ways to get her in childrens clothing ads?

AGENCY!! They are expierienced and you can get your daughter an agent. Look on the internet or in the phone book you need them to pursue your daughters dreams and they need your buisness!!!GOOD LUCK IM SURE IT WILL WORK OUT!!☺

Oooh boy!
OK don't take this the wrong way but look what happened to Judy Garland, Anissa Jones (Buffy in Family Affair), River Phoenix, Jonbenet Ramsey, Dana Plato, and a host of others too numerous to mention... they're dead. Got it?
And even those who are alive - Danny Bonaduce, Todd Bridges, Corey Feldman etc. have had a tough time of things.
Is this really what you want to put your daughter - not to mention the rest of your family - and your pocketbook through?
If so, then look for a good agent in your area and follow their advice about getting into this business.
but say goodbye to your life, your money, your family, and everything else - including your daughter.

Contacting a local acting/modeling agency is probably the best way to go. Please do not take this the wrong way, because I really wish the best for your daughter, but PLEASE be careful how you go about this and pursue it. Some kids can get badly messed up when they start doing modeling gigs this young. Be very selective of what you let her do ads for, and consider avoiding pagents altogether.
