over spring break.. i took several videos on my digital camera. I put them on my computer.. but now i cant figure out how to send them via internet to my friend that was with me and whats them too.
soo how do i send a video over the internet???

You may try Youtube.
Place your videos there and then your friend can watch them and download to his (her ) computer.
