Think of it another way, do you want to be an unmarried mother or young, free and single.
Or putting it another way do you give the baby up for adoption and if you do what are you going to tell the kid when it comes knocking on your door when it is 16 or so.
Personally i still think that my mother should have had an abortion before i was born.

Birthing outside of marriage: This has been going on for eons, and some of the most faith filled beings have come into the world through this path! Praise be to God!
Having an abortion: This has also been going on for eons, and some of the most faith filled beings were deprived the gift of life because of it! Taking the physical elements of
a fetus and throwing it away is one thing. This new life form
within the mother also contains, an item that man calls the soul. Depriving a soul the right of entry just might be called a sin, in the eyes of God. We have been depriving souls access into the world, and only time will tell if we are justified in the actions we have taken............
I personally consider abortion more of a sin......

I would say abortion. I saw an abortion being performed through a camera as part of my medical training. The child was far too big to be aborted and was actually grabbing hold of everything it could. A child any bigger has their bones broken before abortion. So don't ask me which is a sin.

Neither - there are no 'sins', just right and wrong actions. Right action is the most beneficial to the greatest number of people.
In this case, having a child that is unwanted, un-budgeted-for and possibly unloved could be a very unpleasant thing to do to that child. But if you can guarantee to yourself that you can give it all these things - for at least twenty years! - then it may be OK.
Remember that thinking about it as a 'child' is doubly wrong. It's not a child yet, and it won't be a child for long. Do you have what it takes to raise an adult? If not, terminate the process now before it's a human at all.
That would be the greatest good to everyone, including yourself.

An abortion! Having a baby outside of marriage is not a sin in itself.

When you refer to "sin", I will answer this as it would appear a sin in the Catholic Faith.
It is a sin to engage in sex before marriage, so therefore the answer to your first question, is "yes" that is a sin.
It is also a sin for a woman to have an abortion, as opposed to getting married and carrying the baby to term, or giving up the baby for adoption.
When you have a baby outside of marriage, you still have options on how to raise that baby in terms of getting married after the fact, or adoption, like I mentioned.
When you choose to have an abortion, there is no second chance to redeem yourself, both morally and physically.

it depends on your personal beliefs (and whether you believe in sin at all or not)
if you would like to know my personal beliefs, I think that abortion is the real sin, not pre-marital sex. Sex gives life. how is that a sin? Abortion takes life away. I would call that murder.
i think the reason ppl get gung-ho about premarital sex is because a lot of times, to preserve the honor of the girl, the conceived child gets aborted, and an innocent dies just because two ppl couldnt keep their hands off eachother.
hope this helps!

There are different levels of sin eg murder, swearing.
I would say an abortion is more serious than having a baby outside of marriage as you are taking a life

there are women living in a war zone having an abortion, because they don't want their child to live in that hell, so they kill that child instead...and I don't think that Virgin Mary was married either, so...
neither of this two is an easy option, but life can be hell and sometimes one does the best one can, and maybe instead of judging, maybe that person needs a help, but there just isn't any, cause people are judging instead what is the bigger sin of them two...

Neither.... Sin is sin period
it is bad enough that you commit fornication 1 sin
but murder would be 2 sins
so I guess... having an abortion of a baby you had outside of marriage is actually worse since you sin 2 times instead of 1
