Do you think I would look good with Black hair? I'm tired of brown even though it is pretty.
I have tanish Itallian skin, Hazel eyes (green, brown and blue mixed together), sideswept bangs and my hair down is an inch below my shoulder. So would black hair look alright?

Jet black would be too harsh. I think intense lowlights or a neutral natural black would be pretty. (Like L'Oreal's Natural Color Match in 3N.)

Black hair would look really good on you, but, as others are saying, don't go all the way black. I know from experience that that doesn't always go too well. I think you would be better off with a dark shade of brown, or as someone else said, lowlights.

I would try to gradually go darker until you got to the desired color. BLACK from brown is still pretty drastic. You may be happier with a rich dark chocolate and not Black. Going too dark may make your skin look faded. Go to a professional sweetheart and look at your options. Look at celebs on Google and take a picture to them to show them exactly what you are looking for. Sometimes if you are lucky salons might have a computer system where you can take a digital picture of yourself and download it onto their computer and tou can try different hair styles and colors. No black is too dark, do not mess up your pretty brown hair, I suggest a new hair style.

dying your hair black will make you look like a witch
i should know because i had blonde hair then i wanted it black again and its kinda TOO black
but after washing it a couple times its not as jet-black as it once was...so.....i dont know. brown hair does give a warmer look though

i wouldn't do like a jet black...maybe a brownish black or something to settle black down though your hair sounds pretty as it is...

DOnt go all over black. have low lights put in with a semi permant color, that way if you really dont like it, it will wash out.

go with black, bt not jet black. it would look nice because of the color of your eyes.
