Of course it was a fantasy land, because the beauty of God is always seen in His works. So I guess you can call it a fantasy land if you wish.

Liberal does not propose Lefty. for my area, i'm the two, yet i do no longer in good shape your description. the way I see it, there are 2 styles of capitalism: a million) The capitalism that invests in infrastructure, the economic gadget, people's lives and enables to extend commerce between international locations. the form that treats its workers as people and that doesn't hire pseudo-slaves in third worldwide international locations. the form that recognises it has a social and environmental duty to maintain CO2 emissions to a minimum. the form that innovates and invents, that takes gambles on small companies and constantly abides via the regulation and consumer-friendly morals/ procuring and merchandising standards. the form that delivers away a number of its earnings to charity and cares extra with regard to the provider they supply to the buyer than no rely if their shareholders are wealthy sufficient. 2) The capitalism that hoards wealth, dodges taxes, makes adverse high quality products, contributes no longer something to society, fires its workers because it pleases and intentionally strikes its factories / places of work and so on out of its domicile u . s . in simple terms because of the fact its extra reasonably-priced someplace else. the form that gambles away its very own funds on credit it could no longer pay for and then expects the taxpayer to foot the bill and refuses to pay them back yet then nonetheless palms out enormous bonuses to its very own experts. the form that doesn't supply a $h!t approximately its shopper provider and gets carry of any criminal loophole to scam that extra effective little bit of money out of you. That capitalism that hates giving loans to new materials proprietors or small companies and could by no ability make investments interior the area/ u . s . it operates in. the form that delivers F all to society or the adverse yet does not care how plenty it takes from them. the form that has many politicians and government officers around the realm so deep in its wallet they're afraid to talk out against it. Is that sufficient for you? i'm no longer against Capitalism, i'm against undesirable Capitalism As for the different stuff i do no longer think of that complicated artwork could be punished and laziness rewarded, yet I do think of there are people who the two are no longer able to artwork or who're paid a low salary who require society's help to get carry of healthcare, coaching and housing. i wish this would have persuaded you or a minimum of given you some thing to think of roughly.

I ask the same question all the time...
Religion is all a bunch of B.S
Interesting note: there is a correlation between education level and "religousness"... as education level increases, the tendency to be religious and believe in a god decreases.
I guess so many people believe in god because they're all stupid and ignorant... just like the saying: the world is full of stupid people.

They are encouraged to. We live in a society who's sole pastime is escape from reality. If it's not religion then it's television, movies, video games, and answering absurd questions on Yahoo.

the lord does provide, providing for ourselves and others is a gift from god. believing in god and having god's graces bestowed on you is also a gift. that you don't want to believe it is your choice, but there are those of us who choose to believe in god. some people love watching sports on TV, i personally think it is a waste of time. at the end of time your fantasy just may be a hellish reality, unless you reply positively to god's call to you.

Quite asking the same questions over and over. It's cynical people like you who will never enter the kingdom of Heaven, The Bible says so. Not in those words, though.

Religion gives people a social network (a congregation), a sense of purpose (Life is for returning to God!), self-esteem (God loves you!) and a feeling of security (God knows what He's doing!) in an uncertain world.
In short, we are MOTIVATED to believe.

Oh golly. Why do people insist on asking the same questions over and over again?
I'm pretty sure you KNOW the reasons why people have relgion. So why did you ask?
Does it make you feel better to get your point of view across? If you're trying to make people go "Oh! Wow. He's right. I think I'll forget about my religion now." IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
Yes, we appreciate your point of view. Thankyou, thankyou.
