Workout Question....?
First thing I havn't been to a gym in maybe 4 years. I have lost alot of that muscle and can't lift as much as I used to.

Will it take a long time to get back to where I was?

Second question is this:

When I do lift regardless of what muscle group I am working on my wrists seem to be getting a harder workout. My wrists feel as if they are being worked out more then my biceps for example.

No, it will not take long to get your muscles back. Just start off with a little jogging on the treadmill and then weight lifting. You will probably your body toned in a week if you eat healthy and exercise daily. But this is just TONING... The muscle comes afterwards...

And to your second question: there is no question?

Yes it will take a long time to get back to where you were. Just not quite as long as it took for you to get there the first time.

When you lift, if you are feeling it in your wrists you are either
*not lifting correctly or
*lifting too much weight

Probably you are not lifting correctly but you do not have to max out in order to be buff. Consult a personal trainer to work on your form so that you don't hurt your joints.
