Usually a half bathroom will be missing either a sink, toilet, bathtub and/or shower. I recently had my house appraised and it was listed as having 1 1/2 bath because my first story bathroom only has a toilet and a shower.

A full bath consists of a sink, toilet and then either a tub/shower.
A bathroom with just a shower would be a half bath.
1.5 bath means theres a room with all three and then another room with only one or two

This would be a 3/4 bath, as you have 3 of the 4 pieces that make up a bathroom. (Sink, toilet, Shower, Tub).
