no, but I wouldn't do it anyway. Hunting shouldn't be a sport, it should be for survival.

That verse wasn't talking about animals, from what I gather. I think that the persons heart is involved with what they do. So killing an animal for sport wasn't a thing that people did in order to make God angry, they enjoy the hunt. I can't take that from them, so I guess it's okay with me.
I would surmise that God will not forbid faith for a hunting license. It's silly if you ask me.

I do a lot of hunting and fishing to put food on my table. God is the last thing to enter my mind - when I see a deer sighted thought my telescopic scope. I am more concerned about where my next meal is coming from. And as far as I am concerned, God will never provide my family with food. I am better off doing it myself - that way, I will not starve to death.

I believe it is wrong.....because it is edible to the human. God put them here to feed us. But if all the deer are dead because somebody was trigger happy, how would we be able to eat if we had a third world war and had to hunt for edible food?
I don't know if it would be considered a sin, because they were made to be killed but "FOR FOOD", so........yea, you're going against God's purpose.

Yes it is
As long as you eat it, it's okay, we are predators, its natural
And frankly, hunting for food is more humane than the beef and poultry industry you support at your local supermarket. Not to mention, by hunting your not contibuting to polution and drug resistant diseases.

hunting for "just" sport is wrong.
I am a hunter and have been all of my life, I hunt with a gun and my family eats the meat. That is they way of life, however just killing for game is not right.

Sport in sin?
There is not sport in sin.
ONLY,
temporary gratification of the old nature, sin nature, the nature we were born with.
