Sure it is. Try to defrost it only enough to get the slices off. Refreezing won't hurt the meat, but if you do it often the meat will start to loose its flavor. Maybe you could put a few slices in individual bags.

Yes, that won't be a problem. I've worked in several different chain restaurants, and a lot of chicken dishes are made this way. The food service delivers the chicken, already baked and seasoned, and then all the cooks have to do is throw it on the grill or microwave to heat it back up for the customer. Shelf life of frozen chicken is about 6 months.

DEFINITELY NOT! You should NEVER refreeze ANY meat, fish poultry or dairy produce. If you do, you run the risk of serious food poisoning!

I do it all the time.. I frezze meat and then defrost, and stick it right back in the frezer. So I would say it is going to be fine!!
