No, not all Pentecostals believe in the Trinity. The United Pentecostal Church doesn't, and they're certainly not the only non-Trinitarian Christian group out there. The United Pentecostals are sometimes called "Oneness Pentecostals" (they are not the only Oneness group, but are the largest). While most Pentecostals are Trinitarians, Oneness Pentecostals are not. There are an increasing number of Christian denominations that aren't Trinitarian. The Unitarians, Christadelphians, and many other groups aren't.

I am Pentecostal, and of course I believe in the trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

It is the Holy Spirit of God that resides in us after accepting Jesus.

Surely if someone does not believe in the trinity, then how could they be a christian without the Holy Spirit?

I now go to a non denominational church now because of all the controversy between one faith and another. I like to come together with others who believe in God without all the other beliefs or non beliefs brought with it, such as... speaking in tongues, healings, and now whether someone believes in the trinity or not.

Christians, how are we all going to get along in heaven if we can't get along here?

There are oneness Pentecostals. Non Trinitarians should not be called Christians because they are practicing the ancient heresy of Arianism instead of Christianity. The basic belief of Christianity is that Jesus is and was God which is addressed in the ancient Creeds of Christianity to separate the heretics from the true believers in Christ. Those opposing the orthodox Trinitarian beliefs and professing such are the ravaging wolves spoke of in Scriptures as false teachers.

The whole trinity issue did not even evolve into Christianity until the 4th century. You have to steal verses from here and there in the Bible to come up with the concept, there is no actual verse that mentions the trinity.
