Not all Mexican born people want this. I am an American now. I don't want them to protest. I want them to follow the law like my family did when we came. I want them to be grateful like we are. They don't want to be Americans they just want to make this part of Mexico and I don't want that to happen. If I wanted to live in Mexico, me and my family would have stayed there.

I live in Texas - near the southern part of the state.
The last "protest" that the illegals had - did NADA to business going on as usual.
Personally - I say let them ALL go to the streets - then send in ICE to round them all up and send them to whatever country that they came from.
To think that illegals should have the right to demonstrate within the United States - the country that they are sucking the very life out of with them being a burden on our welfare system - because their country doesn't care at all about them - - 'ungrateful' seems to nice a word to use for such as those.
EVERY illegal needs to be deported. May 1st sounds like a great day to start.

I'm a proud american from mexican decent....also proud of my mexican herritage. What really infuriates me about my people is the lack of knowlege and thinking that these organizations are telling you the truth. How stupid can you be.
Open your mind for once....take all the pro and cons. What nerve of these organizations to demand schooling,medical,jobs and preferrence over everyone else.
You might think me harsh . my concerns are the ramifications this will have on our state. Have you been to a emergency room latley? i have and its 5or 6 hr wait. Don't go to usc medical center you will die first. The most disgusting is Roger Mahoney who takes the biggest advantage of our illegal alien....yes i said aliens. He only want their support so he can fianance his lawsuit for all the abuse his brother priest
have enjoyed. If you think old Antonio V. is on your side think again. Don't we have enough crooked politicians in the state? Now we have to start inporting mexicos poor to vote in some more. There is a huge push going on on Capital hill with Bush engaging chambers of commerce to have their business members all hit up Congress, and with the DC chamber of Commerce assigning 3 FULL TIME lobbyists to this issue to try to be influential where Bush has failed.
Let them march. It will just piss people off like last time. Take the day to buy something special and contact all of your representatives.

yes, one of the groups has 3 Ks in it. people will eventually start doing something. look at the minutemen, they started along time ago. did they ever find the 4 people that was going around killing illegals? i haven't herd if they have, if not, they are still out there. america is slowly waking up to this invasion bush is condoning.
i can't believe these people actually think americans wont go to war in their own country. it's already happening.

I fail to see what they are protesting. Are they protesting being here illegally? are they protesting the free medical care? are they protesting the lack of political will to deport their illegal butts?
I hope they keep this up and we should remind everyone that they are "protesting" their illegality and that they are doing it on a communist holiday.
This would be a great time to round up thousands of them and send them back to Mexico. They can protest all they want there.

No, I doubt it. But if that does happen it will be the Hispanics who start it. Everyone else is too scared to stand up to them for fear of being called a 'racist.'
