Ok ... I'm making an omelet :
2 eggs
Handful of grated cheese
Chopped/diced ham or bacon
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced/diced red or green peppers (capsicums)
Sprinkle of pepper - don't put salt into it.
Beat eggs and pour into a "moderate" frying pan until nearly cooked. Use butter not oil.
Put all the other ingredients on half of the omelet.
Bring the other half over the top so all the mixture is inside.
No need to turn the omelet over.
Cook until you think the cheese is nice and runny.
Don't put salt on the omelet because there is salt in the cheese and bacon.
Yummy .... it's 9.00am over here in New Zealand ... think i'll go make one for breakfase.

Egg of course.
If you want to try something really good, whip up an omelet and put it into a pie shell. Bake it for about 15 minutes at 350 deg.

Eggs, of course. But you could also put a very wide variety of things for flavor, like ham, peppers, and cheese.
