Some are made for that and some are not.
However, having a foreign body in your eye-ball for a long period of time is not generally a good idea. If it happens once and a while, that's okay, but not continually.
I can't wear them anymore, because I would work with them in 18 hrs a day, and my eyes couldn't breath, so new veins and arteries began forming, so I had to stop or I'd have permanent red-eye.

I wouldn't think so. The main reason (I would guess) that you're not supposed to sleep with them in is that, when you enter REM sleep and your eyes twitch, it will likely cause the contact to irritate your eye. If done regularly it could cause an infection or scratches on the lens of your eye, but a nap occasionally probably wont hurt.
Of course if your eyes are very sensitive then they may become quite irritated even after a short nap so of course you shouldn't do it then.

The only thing I can think of is that the contact lenses causes minor irritation to your eye surface and forms calcifications (like tiny salt crystals). These can scratch or scar your eye surface over time. That's bad news.
Take 'em out, wash them, and put them back in. Feels so much better.

it may actually be high quality as long as you're looking after your eyes and lenses. ensure you wash your hands thoroughly in the past putting on lenses. do no longer use a perfumed cleansing soap. do no longer placed on lenses longer than you're meant to, do now stay conscious with them on, etc. Use suitable lense cleansing answer, till yours are on an accepted basis. if so, throw them out on an accepted basis. in the experience that your eye feels aggravated, do no longer placed on the lenses because it ought to capture airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dirt and micro organism and reason an infection, which could carry approximately everlasting or non everlasting harm. i exploit on an accepted basis lenses, that are interestingly distinctive type 24-hour lenses. My pal says dailies are for 7-10 hours. uncertain approximately that, yet once you plan on in many situations wearing your touch lenses, it incredibly is advisable to look into that.
