my sister lost her luggage in rome yesterday it was stolen from the luggage department of the bus.. may i know

what else can she do to try to retreive the luggage.. shes from singapore travelling alone in rome :( she v upset now... i am so desperate i dont know what else i can do to help her so i am trying my luck here n hopefully u people can give some helpful advise since i have never been to rome before.. by the way a police report has already been made..

Very sorry but what can be done (police report), has been done. She must assume that her luggage is gone. She must look on the bright side: she was not physically injured and she has learned a very valuable travel lesson, unfortunately the hard way. Hopefully she has not lost her documents and her money, which should have been secured under her clothing. Tell her to visit your embassy - for support and advice:
