find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Well, first you need to set realistic goals. You are not going to loose weight fast. It is a gradual process. Here are some ideas to get you started.
1. Do you get a lunch break at work? Maybe go for a 30 min. walk and then wolf down your food (if you get 45 min)
2. Do you eat healthy? That would make a difference. Cut out soda. Drink lots of water and green tea. Have fruit instead of chips. Make sure your dinners are well rounded and healthy.
3. Have smaller meals - Don't eat just a carrot but cut your portion size a little bit.
4. Make time to work out after work. Do you have a family? Maybe have a family walk before or after dinner.
Just a few ideas - hope that gets you started.

You food intake will be the most important aspect to worry about here. You need to drink mainly only water and eat lots of leafy greens and lean proteins. Take a multivitamin in the morning and keep your portion sizes a little small, but eat about 5 small meals during the day. If you watch what you put into your body, your body will be able to better function and use that "clean up time" in the afternoons as a mini-work out!

Hmm, losing weight without exercise? If your trying to loose too much weight to quickly with out the proper exercise, you'll start to look 'flabby'.
But, just watch what you eat, and limit or complete stop eating junk foods. Drink plenty of water, and watch your intake. Don't starve yourelf, but try to eat more meals, but smaller proportions. Don't eat too many pastas, or potatoes, but don't cut them out completely, as they will kill you when you start eating them again.
Also, a really quick way to loose like 15lbs or so, it something called the Master Cleanser. Its a liquid fast, that isn't too nasty either. I defiantly thought I couldn't do it, but I did. You can get the recipe right off line.

~ First... you have to change your mind-set. Read positive books... be positive... see yourself in your lower weight...
You have to have a REASON or JUSTIFICATION in your own mind ... WORTHY of this effort to help you loose weight.
~ Seek the help of your savior... Jesus Christ... He loves you more than ANYONE else! Your body is His creation, AND GOD DOES NOT MAKE ANY JUNK!
~ Post the reasons your loosing the weight... keep your goals posted also... I WILL LOOSE 2 POUNDS BY FRIDAY OF EACH WEEK... or what ever your goals are.
~ If money is not an issue, get a trainer... they WILL push your BUTTons... ask family/friends for their support and prayers. Get involved in a class for overweights at your local hospital or church group.

I would first try the south beach diet. U can check it out online and it offers great recipes and fast food guides. Works fast too, but if sticking to a diet is too hard then do minor adjustments to your everyday diet. Ex: when you order a burger, take off the bun. Drink water more often and if you need a soda drink diet. Avoid fried foods! You will def see results.

Drink lots and lots of water.
Walk around the block a few times.
Eat more veggies and fruit.
Lay off the rice, potatoes and pasta.
Stop drinking soda.
Get off your butt from the computer and get on the floor and do a few sit ups, then go for a long fast walk.
Put on some good music and DANCE DANCE DANCE all over the living room.

Park 1 mile away from the bank and walk. You'll have to allow a bit of extra time for this routine, but it will give you the opportunity you need to exercise.
Then do all the standard things, eat healthier, cut calories and limit carbs. Eat more protein and veg... you no doubt already know the drill.

Listen. I am only a teen and I am so fit! Well if your job isn't far, jog there! First off you'd be saving $ and losing weight. If it's far... then eat salad and run while dinner's cooking. Join Weight Watchers eat healthy banans,oranges,salad. I'm a vegetarian so I'm skinny and I don't worry about this so I hope this helps!

i got these "fat blasting" dvds by a brand called "the firm". i LOVE them! they are 40 minutes but they go by really fast. and i swear i have lost a lot of weight since i started.
PS dance while you cook dinner! burns those extra calories, and makes it fun.
