Malevolent. Lets see he doesn't like his 'creation' so he decides to murder all but six people by flooding the earth. He shows himself to be cruel and unjust in many instances including asking Abraham to sacrifice his only child as a 'test'. The laws in Leviticus are primitive and most end with the death of somebody.
