If they're impacted, an oral surgeon. If not, I believe a general dentist can extract wisdom teeth.

a general dentist can usually do this. If they are impacted or you are medically compromised they will most likely send you to an oral surgeon.

Most often: oral surgeon
Can also be done by a general dentist
Technically, a periodontist could do it as well, neither of the 2 perio guys I work most closely with (and just asked) were interested!
