i`m 80 kg and i need to lose 30 kg in 2 months without diet and by an easy way, plz help me.

You are searching for a quick fix that does not exist. You have heard this a thousand times... and I think you need to hear it again: Eat LESS and EXERCISE!! That's the ONLY way. If there were a way to lose weight without changing your diet or putting forth any effort... we would be a nation of hot babes in bikinis. But that's not the case. Sorry... reality sucks sometimes.

You shouldn't be losing that much weight in 2 months even with dieting.

By dieting, I hope you're referring to an actual "diet," like south beach or atkins. You don't need to go on a special diet to lose weight, but you will have to eat healthier and exercise if you want to see some results.

It wouldn't be healthy to lose much more than 10-12kg in 2 months.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You only have a few options:
1. Diet
2. Exercise
3. Liposuction
I suggest the first two. Don't worry about weight. Just worry about body composition; make sure your body is more muscle than fat. Muscle weighs more, but it makes everything you do easier.

you want to lose a lot of weight without diet? and without putting any effort in it? i hope no one helps you, because if you arent willing to put any effort in it, you dont deserve the results.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
