NO NO SUCH THING AS FREE PROGRAM TO LEARN COMPUTERS FROM LEVEL 1 TO 5 WHAT EVER THE HELL THAT IS ,I'VE BEEN BUILDING COMPUTERS, AND NETWORKS SINCE I WAS 12 (15 YEARS) AND CAN TELL YOU THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LEVEL 5 COMPUTER USER SOUNDS LIKE SOME CHEESY CRAP A COMPANY MADE UP TO SELL PROGRAMMES,
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS READ GO TO THE LIBARY AND GET SOME PROGRAMMING BOOKS AND COMPUTER BASED BOOKS, IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR BIOS IS AND WHAT IT STANDS FOR START WITH COMPUTING FOR DUMMIES AND THEN WORK FROM THERE

I dont know if there really is a website.

But a lot about computers can be learned when u start using it.

If at some point you dont know what to do and where to do, just open your browser and type in your question, u will get so much information about it.

Good luck

You won't live long enough to learn all about computers - it is an ongoing, ever-evolving process -- but here are some helpers:

http://www.fastchip.net/howcomputerswork/p1.html

http://howcomputerswork.net/

http://www.geocities.com/howcompworks/index.htm

This will get you started. Also available to you are lessons on CDs and books. Suggest you try searching at
www.amazon.com
