No. It is a scam. Search "United Kingdom National Lottery" and you'll see hundreds of posts. No one actually won anything. Avoid.

No! You can only win the UK National Lottery by purchasing a ticket (they actually use the advertising slogan 'You've got to be in it to win it'!).
This is a scam. Any legit lottery would never ask for you to send money up front to receive a prize. Sorry!

No. It's a scam to seperate you from 650 pounds. The rule around the world is, whether you bought a ticket or not, the lottery never contacts you. If you are a winner you have to present your ticket and prove to them you are a winner. Then you get the money. There is never a fee to collect... you paid your bit when you bought your ticket.

THe first question is: Did you buy a ticket. if not. not legit. THen a legit lottery will NOT ask for a fee to deliver the winnings. That is a scam. scam , scam. You should report it to the authorities.

No, it is not legitimate. It is a scam and you are best to just hit the "delete" button.
A few others have suggested contacting the BBB but they can't do anything about fraudulent acts like that and they will tell you, too.
For more information on these lottery scams (among others), check out http://www.scamorama.com
Remember, you can't get something for nothing and you can't claim prize money for a lottery you did not enter.

No it is not legit. Just think about it the lottery would never contact you if you won. It is up to you to contact them. It all boils down to if it sounds too good to be true than it probably is. My question to you is "did you even buy a ticket?"
