I have a Kadack easy share c633 I want to take a pic off a video how do I do it?

I assume you mean Kodak... it's written right on the camera.

If you want to capture a still image from a video clip. Import the clip into Windows Movie Maker (comes with Win XP sp2) and drag the clip into the timeline at the bottom of the screen. Find the point you want to capture and click the (camera) button in the corner of the preview window. A new image will appear in your collections.
