i am 15 and i started working out at the age of 14 will this stunt my growth??

Yes. You need to be careful. It's okay to work out but don't overdo it. Too much or the wrong kind of exercises can be harmful. I strongly advise you to talk to a professional trainer and have him/her come up with a workout plan that is suitable for your age, height and weight.

It can. Don't go too heavy. Lift for agility and not power lifting. Disregard all the fools who say it can't stunt your growth. Ask any doctor...heavy power lifting definately does stunt growth if started before full growth is achieved

No, normal growth takes place up until 18 years old sometimes 21. Eating healthy and exercising is the best thing. But, taking steroids and such have been linked to growth problems.

well it will not stunt your growth , it just make your body big cause i work out five times a day and it really good for your
body

No. It will help give strength and coordination. Do it while you are young will benefit you your entire life. Try to keep a fitness regiment going your entire life. It will make you more appealing as a mate, keep you healthier, and improve opportunities in whatever profession you choose. For first impressions, it is true that "A book is judged by its cover."

not if u do it the right way... dont overdue it!!! my cousin became pro bodybuilder by 17 was junior champ and in muscle mags, never stunted his growth!!!

No; if anything it will stimulate your skeletal system to build strong bones. Never be afraid of exercise.

No, not at all. Just keep it slow to start. Dedicate your workout to your whole body, not just your arms.
