Adam and Eve were vegetarians. Jesus ate fish and the customary dishes of the Jewish people at that time. He did not eat pork or anything that was deemed unclean by the Mosaic Law. After the flood was the first time God told Noah that he was allowed to eat flesh. In Genesis 9:3 it says, "Everything that lives and moves will be food for you.Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything." Probably since there was limited vegetation growing right after the flood.

God OK'd it for people to eat meat (clean meat only) after the Flood. So it would be logical that Adam and Eve were vegetarians and Jesus ate fish.
However, it is possible that Adam and Eve started eating meat after the Fall; what was Abel raising flocks of sheep for anyway?

not our modern day followers of Christ...
Christians, catholics, and the rest that have chosen to follow Saul or should I say Paul.
But others...
not indulged in the current battle Field taking place in the name of the slain Lord who rose again on the third day, conquering death,
but others...feel and have their scriptural backing and some interesting Gospels not found in the bible
( of course the fact that they are not in the Bible would only lead most of Christ's politically correct 21st century followers, who may I add are addicted to MC Donald's, to regard any book out side of the bible to be the work of Lucifer...right )
sorry, I'll get back to my answer!
some people know Yeshua to have been an Essene... even it was well known that most of the Nazarite community were practicing Essene's. Also conducting worship of Jehovah but with a bloodless alter... believe it or not!
If this is true than there is no doubt he did not eat meat of any sort.
I guess we will all find out... according to the bible we all await the white thrown judgment... right!?
I have studied many topics about the Savior and only feel the love he embodies...
the church on the other hand... I can only pray that the love of Yeshua could really take its root...
then we could really feel the love of the risen Lord... in His bride...
I have a faith separate from this whole controversy but out of service I am attempting to answer this question!

I don't think taht there were too many vegetarians in Judaism. The Passover lamb after all. And then there were the priests like Eli who ate so much meat that they were overweight. All recorded in the Bible.
There was one though, Daniel, who abstained from 'rich foods' and kept a simple diet. I think that he was the closest thing to a vegan or vegetarian that the Bible has recorded.

God showed Adam and Eve what plants and animals were good for food, they probably ate more meat than Jesus was able to...bread, grains, oils and wines were a more prominent diet in Jesus' time

I wonder if the fact that killing animals and eating them was a sign of sin, proves that Jesus was sinful, as he partook in this symbolism?
Adam and Eve had to kill animals to clothe themselves, they had to sacrifice animals as an atonement of sin.
Jesus did both.
Was this just an example? Or was he a sinner?
If it was an example, why don't Christians follow it?

I'd doubt Adam & Eve ate meat, I think Jesus did. I don't really know cause I wasn't there, but what I do know is it doesn't make a difference now.
The question is, do you eat meat?

Yes. Jesus partook in Passover that people ate meat in celebration of God's provision for his people not to kill their firstborn if they would obey Him and put the blood of the lamb above their doorposts. This is a foreshadow as to what Jesus did on the cross for us.

Everyone was vegetarian in the beginning, even T-Rex. Flesh became food only after the flood.

I don't think it says anywhere that they were vegetarians, although I suppose they were for a while. It's not like it says anywhere in the scriptures that vegetarians are prefered over carnivores or omnivores.
