maybe simplify it a little.. but man that's adorable. You could do it without saying a word.. and sometimes its nice like that.. but that's up to you.
"The white rose is the impression that you've left on my heart, and the pink rose doesn't even compare to your beauty..."
Wait a moment to just enjoy her smile, and if she asks what the red rose is for say what you would say in a couple seconds anyway.
"The red rose is what I hope our future holds..."
Then work your magic and ask that lucky girl out.
"Will you go out with me" is probably the best. It's harder to fumble those words than "Will you be my girlfriend" and also sounds a little more mature.
She might come out and say she loves you right then and there.. but I say to leave it open ended for her to make the decision on her own. I think it shows respect and shows how much you really do care for her. Good luck man, but I don't think you'll need it.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question.. have you been seeing each other for a while and you want to make things exclusive?
I think the intention is very sweet, but it might be a little intense. Grand romantic gestures aren't always best - especially if your unsure how the girl will respond!

Guys like you that overdue it, make it that much easier for guys like me that are more casual with them. Girls want a friend antonio. They wanna brag to their friends and family how great of a guy, mentally and emotionally, but they want a REAL MAN TOO, not FABIO!
Just ask her out for pizza or coffee. Talk to her about her!
Skip the romance novel, antonio, and get to know her.
Women need a connection, and you need to hang out w her without all the deep mushy gushy drama!
Make a friend w her, and the chemicals in her brain, and the emotions of her liking you for being a down to earth normal nonstalker kind of guy will settle in. The more you have 1on1 time, the more she will like you! They cant help it!
Women are overchased all the time, just be cool, laid back, with no pressure, skip the roses, and TALK to her!

if i guy i don't know told me all of this .. I would run away. I must say it is sweet.. I sugeest u keep it simple with out getting too serious. Maybe u can give her the flowers and just tell her that u find her pretty and u would love to take her out..just my personal opnion .. good luck

It's a sweet gesture, to be sure, but I'd think the guy was nuts for telling me he loved me before we even went out once. Love doesn't work like that in my experience. I'd without a doubt say no.

you dont want to make it look like your desperate - if i were you i just get her a dozen roses - or a single rose .. and just tell her you really like her and bla bl bla - and will you go out with me? ... its still romantic - but not desperate.

thats very sweet and cute, how old are you and how old is the girl ? but i think thats really sweet, but if its the first date, then its much to much...if you ask her for the first time,then just ask her out regular,if you know her longer and you think she feels the same way you do,then go for it

Don't mention the word "love"!! Personally, I think you should just hand her the flowers, tell them that each one has a specific meaning, ask her to be your girlfriend, and if she says yes, THEN tell her the meanings...without the L word.
