whenever i read a question from a christian about stuff like:
"how do you explain christianity surviving for 2000 years?"
only to be swarmed with historical, verifiable facts, that are found everywhere except in the bible, i wonder. does it make you think, "maybe i might be wrong about this christianity thing"?

I am guessing that the answer is no for many people.
For me it eventually became yes. Thank goodness.

Has true Christianity really prospered though? I think the stamp of Jesus' name on more ancient religions is what prospers. Not truth.
My faith is in truth, not a rubber stamped name. So no.

If you are always looking for evidence then your faith is very weak indeed, try seeing this way,we have had many in the last century doing everything possible to debunk Christianity along with modern technology, and they ain`t done it yet.

If by verifialbe, you mean empirically verifiable, then no, it doesn't. I'm not a Christian, but I sure as hell ain't some blind-sighted empiricist, deluded by my senses into thinking I've found the truth.

Why would anyone not believe in God?
I worship the man who was crucified to give me a second chance.
I will worship the man who saved my life, with pride.
P.s. God has answered me a sign. There are so many out there, how could the truth be rattled?

For most Christians it's pretty clear that their ignorance is quite unshakable. They hold onto it like grim death. The must think that If they accepted that they've been punked on their religion then their pathetic little lives would fall entirely to pieces.
Obviously they're wrong about that but fear of the unknown is their greatest fear and that keeps them where they are.

Facts? Since when did they care about facts? Faith can't be bothered with such trivialities as facts! There's a God to imagine... I mean, answer to, and he don't need no stinkin facts! He has a BIBLE, man. That's all they need.
p.s. I think it's time to put war~horse out to pasture. Her senility is beginning to show.

Only weak faith would be shaken. Faith acts like a muscle. If it is not used and tested, then it grows weak.

No, my faith is based on many "facts", both tangible and not. You just haven't experienced a relationship with Jesus yet, that's all :)
