Christians: why do you think Jesus is still alive?

Faith. I can't prove to you Jesus is alive, but I can tell you about my life and how following the word of God has changed my life.

In the same word is talks about how jesus came to Earth as a man, lived, was violently crucified, and resurrected again 3 days later. He was on the Earth for a while and when He left the Holy Spirit came as a spiritual counselor to those who choose to follow Him. I feel that spirit in me every time I breath.

Why do you believe He is alive?

If jesus was dead, then what we believe in christianity would be a hoax. As Apostle Paul said and im paraphrasing it "If jesus never ressurected then we would be deluding ourselves and still be living in our sins". Plus, look at the great movement that happened when he ressurected. his disciples came from a couple of scared fishermen,tax collectors and the such to followers who cared less what happened to their mortal bodies. Jesus is alive because Myths dont make martyrs.

He lives with in my heart. That is how I know he is alive today. Besides that, the Bible makes it very clear, in no uncertain terms, that Jesus was raise from the dead by he Father, and is at the right hand of GOD now.

Because the soul purpose of Him giving up His life for us would have no meaning if He just died. U have to see that Jesus had the power to give and take His life as He pleased. He told the pharisees that He would destroy the temple and rebuild it in 3 days.The pharisees in their lack of knowledge thought He meant the temple in which they congregated and was sacred to them,but our Lord Jesus meant He would give up His life and on the third day he would resurrect from the dead. U see that is why we now could ask God for forgiveness and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior of our life because Jesus on that day died for all sin of mankind,even us and those who are to be born into this world.He conquered death and now holds the keys of Heaven and hell.Those who chose not to accept His sacrifice will be condemned in hell,those who accepted Christ as Lord will rejoice in Heaven 4 eternity with our creator.Whether u believe this or not, God is coming for His people and those who dont have Christ in their heart will be left behind.Its ur choice.God Bless

Why do you continue to use Christians when we all know it is the protestants that still think Jesus is a live, we Christians know that Jesus is dead and his spirit is with God, do some research and you will find out who really are Christians, and just so you know they are the catholics, and I'm proud to be one.
PS protestants are not Christians.

Depends, what do you consider alive. Is Jesus physically alive no. But spiritually alive yes. Sorry there is not logic there but truth.

not only christians beleive that, we r muslim do beleive in that too, and he will return at the end of this world to spread peace on earth after these hatred, war, bloodshed that full the world nowadays.
