It looks as if it is a mix breed between a white Persian and a Siamese. This would explain the cats' long hair and the facial, body and eye coloration. Persians need to be brushed frequently and Siamese have a tendency to be slightly clingy when it comes to affections. Health wise, both breeds are good. Failing that, it's possible it could be a Himalayan breed. Although I'm not sure about that. Himalayans need brushing a lot and are rather heat sensitive from what I know of them.

I'm guessing a ragdoll due to the blue eyes and point markings. They are an awsome breed. I have a Ragamuffin which is similar with a slightly different shape head and different coat texture. Both have wonderful personalities and are beautiful cats. Check out breeder pages for both and see what you think. They will have tons of pics and information. Most will have emails that so you can ask questions.

It's a Birman. They come in different colors or "points". The one in the picture is a blue point. They are very sweet cats and do not suffer from many health problems. They also have those striking blue eyes. Here is more info:

That's a Birman or Ragdoll from what I can see? It's certainly not Siamesse, even tho siamese have light bodies and dark points they have short hair not long.

I believe that the cat is a ragdoll. Mitted feet in ragdolls is pretty common, and both pics are showing a mitted cat. Ragdolls are known for their great dispositions, unlike many other "pointed" breeds of cats.

I would say it is a Burmese or a ragdoll. My guess is it is definitely oriental though not Siamese

They both appear to be Ragdolls. Are they pretty big? Ragdolls are one of the largest cat breed. They usually have the mittens on their feet, too, with siamese-like points.
