I aim for 6 days of cardio for a minimum of 60 minutes every week. I lift weights twice a week for 30 minutes. I try and eat healthy, drinking water, eating more chicken instead of red meat and cutting back on junk food. I've reduced my calorie intake by watching my portions. Good luck!

eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

cardio 5 days a week for 1 hour, grilled chicken salads, veggies, fruit, water.. and cheat reasonably on Saturday as a reward
