No and yes!
The calorie content is low BUT,
all of the chemicals that are used to manufacture the diet coke are not good for any body!
Aside from the fact that it is addictive, the manufacturers sneak in things like MSG under other names, things which cause obesity in rats.
Advice!
Drink only on special occasions or not at all!

Well, it has zero calories. If something has zero calories then it can't be fattening. If you drink a liter of liquid, you will weigh more after drinking it, but it isn't weight gain. You'll eventually eliminate it as urine.

Fat is not the reason pop is bad for you. Its the sugar, useless calories and carbonation (dehydrates your body and pulls calcium out of your blood/bones to ease the irritation of the stomach)

of itself, no. However, the artificial sweetners used in diet soda do trigger hunger and cause one to eat more than they ordinarily might.

no but it is not good for you. in lab rats it has shown to cause seisures and i think brain failure. unless you have diabetes real sugar is all you should be having.
