you can get married again and have sex without sin. BUT, obviously you need to allow God to makes some changes in your life. The sin in your heart lies deeper than simple adultery. Get real with God before you go into another marriage.

yes.and your ex also is commiting adultry even if both of you were to marry someone your new spouse and you would be committing adultry.and if you were to re marry the x after they divorced and came back to you its adultry. ive married twice the first was not a God based marriage so it was adulterous from the get go the second failed for reasons. and anything after that in Gods eyes would be wrong so yes the best thing is to practice celebasy but He does say if you CANNOT control yourself then yes remarry.

You have been divorced 3 times and you are worried about adultry? Hmmmm...I would just check out the common denominator in the situation at hand and seek some therapy. Im not trying to be mean or funny. Help yourself.

Pretty much yes. You can get an annulment though, that says the marriage(s) was never valid.
Matthew 5:32 "But I say to you, whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful) causes her to commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery."
Talk to your local priest. He can probably figure this out better than the people on this site can.

First of all if your divorces were because of your spouses infidelity and they committed adultery, then the divorce is forgiven. But, to have been married three times indicates problems of your own and it does not mean you were an angel and never did anything wrong. If you are no married sex is an adulterous relationship. You have choices to make, make them wisely.

Are you talking about re-marrying? Because the answer would be no, not automatically. It would depend on the reason for your earlier divorces. If your previous spouses, unfortunately, cheated on you then you're in the clear. The bible gives to letimate reasons for the end of a marriage... death and adultery.

I hope that helps.

If your prior divorces were due to your spouse's cheating you are covered in your reason for divorce. If you have sex with a single person it's fornication forgivable by prayer if you don't continue. To have sex with a married person is committing adultery.

It is fornication. Adultery is if you are still married. But yes, abstinence unless you are married to the person is the only way to stand clean before God, although you are not condemned if you have already fallen, you are able to repent by changing your heart and your ways. This is all in the Bible.

If right now you are not married you are not committing adultery. The other marriages do not count; they're dead and gone; your status now is the same as a single person. Perhaps on religious terms that would be called fornification.

If you have sex outside of marriage you are committing fornication. If you have sex with another partner while legally married to another, or your partner is married to another, then it is adultry.

Unless your EX cheated on you, then you guys had no right to divorce in the first place. If she did cheat on you, then you are free to remarry. Otherwise, you must reconcile with her.
