Tell your teacher. Are you hungry? Have you skipped a meal?

Sometimes the flourescent lights in the gym bother me and make me dizzy. If you are used to doing your athletic activity outside and then come in for class, the lights could be your problem. Talk to your doctor or optometrist for possible solutions.

Because you are young and "healthy" you may need to see your MD.Those kind of symptoms are not the "norm" in young people like yourself. Exactly what sort of activities are bringing this on,you need to keep a record of sorts to bring to the MD,to help him diagnose the problem. Make sure you're eating properly, not skipping meals especially breakfast, keeping hydrated, when active, and getting enough restful sleep every night. Take care. SW FNP

please get checked out by a physician. Dizziness could be a sign of alot of different medical conditions. It could be something little or something serious but you don't want to take that chance. I don't want to scare you but I knew 2 people (athletes) who collapsed and passed away when everyone thought they were normal & healthy. Do yourself a favor and get checked out.

Yes, tell your gym teacher. And your parents.

Are you getting enough water? Have you been tested for diabetes, or maybe even blood pressure problems?

Good luck!
