I mean, obviously you can choose what things you do and don't like, and if you don't like the taste of it, you can be cured, right? You're supposed to be born liking the taste of chocolate, that's just natural.

Yes, we are given taste buds at birth that causes us to like the taste of chocolate.

But I choose whether or not to eat chocolate. I have free will to eat chocolate or not eat chocolate. I know that chocolate is not good for my weight, so I chose not to eat it. I could also make the choice to ignore my health and the advice of my doctor and eat chocolate.

And yes, I get your analogy.

I chose to like chocolate when I got old enough to tell the differences in various types of chocolates and distinguish which suit me better. I find I do not like white or milk chocolate but do like semi-sweet or bitter chocolate.

We dont necessarily choose to like it. Chocolate reacts with the brain making it release certain chemicals similar to those during an orgasm(especially with women). Our brains/bodies obviously like the reaction that chocolate produces so thus we like the substance.

haha....hmmm I am not sure. Probably started with my grandma. She baked a lot when I was a kid. Just liked the way it tasted I guess.

I am sitting here at work with a baggie of easter chocolate in front of me. Its sooooo good!

When my parents would only let me have a small amount because they knew eventually, I would need to see a dentist for the rest of my life if I had to much of it.
They knew it wasn't good for me.
And I thank them for that. My dentist bills are quite low.

lol, I just sort of liked it and got fat as hell. I've chosen to control my chocolate intake and have lost a shitton of weight, but I never *chose* to like chocolate. ;p
