No they haven't been (see my answer to your other, similar question for an explanation).
The Bible is true, as far as it is translated correctly. There have been many alterations and change done to it over the years. For example, I have in my possession a Korean translation of the Bible, and many verses in the New Testament have the Korean word Ob-sum in particular verses. That word means, "doesn't exist." yet in my English version a verse is there.
A lot of stuff is lost out of the Bible, so it would be necessary for future knowledge to be revealed.
