I'm 14 and I own a golden retriever called Bonzo.

I recently found a REALLY good place to let him off the lead an let him get some exersise. It's basically a big field with houses surrounding it. I through rocks for Bonzo and he chases them. So it's really good.

BUT!!

My mum says I'm not allowed there. She says it's "the back of beyond".

How can I persuade her to let me go there?

It sounds like a great place to run and play. see if you can find friends/relatives to go with you.
Just a note about tossing rocks..it will wear Bonzo's front teeth down very quickly! Take your own things to toss for him, such as a Frisbee or ball.

Sorry, but your mom is probably right. The key to this place is this: field with "houses surrounding it." If this is a public park, it is probably illegal to let your dog run free there. If it is a private area, then it is trespassing. Either way, you can't let your dog run free there without the permission of whoever owns it. It is the law.
