I really like this guy and I think he likes me but I'm not sure I want know what I should do to find out. Also if he does Should I ask him out or wait for him to ask me if you think I should ask him please also tell me what you think I should say.

You should ask him out. Let me tell you a lil secret about guys. They are scared of rejection. I know you think you've given him all the right signals and he should know you like him. But he is a boy and as such he either
sits around thinking about it and decides that you will point and laugh when he asks you out, making him the laughingstock of the whole school.
OR
he is utterly oblivious to you and has no idea you are interested--no matter what obvious signals you've given him. He has shrugged them off convinced that you sat in his lap b/c all the chairs were full.
Dont give him more credit than he deserves. He will appreciate that you were bold enough to tell him you liked him. Just go up and say something like "I'd love to go see that new movie and get some ice cream on friday but I hate seeing movies by myself and I could never sit and eat ice cream alone."
If he looks at you blankly say something more "have you seen it already? I'd love to see it with you but I'm waiting for you to ask me out"
Consider yourself inspired by Good WIll Hunting where Minnie Driver tells Matt Daemon she's been waiting over there for 3 hours waiting on him to ask for her number but she is tired and has to go home now.
I decided in high school I was tired of waiting for guys to ask me out. And noticed that once I straight out told them "Hey I'm interested in you but you need to ask me out b/c a girl as in demand as me can't wait around forever" they ask you out immediately. After that, I never had to wait for a date again. Had a line everytime and even taught the guys I was dating that if you didn't ask me out by Tues my weekend was filled. Shoulda been quicker. And you know what--the next week, he was quicker.

send him a cute txt message
or casually ask him to go to the mall or something.

not direct just try to give him hints and messages and don't start and ask let him ask it will better.
