As far as I am concerned, and I have tried several, none of them do. The only ones I continue to buy ocassionally, are the green tea tablets. But then again, for real weight loss, none of the commercial pills work. I tried some prescription weight loss pills in the past, and they did work at suppressing my apetite, but along came a lot of nausea, and palpitations. Best thing is good old healthy diet and exercise.

everyone's body metabolism isn't going to be the same so one product will not work the same on different people . I feel that any chemical altering of the body is not without side effects also. Some may be too dangerous in the long run to take and as others have said it is only a temporary solution if it works any.
I found the simple solution is to have less calories in a day than one uses up. IF you are what you eat, stay away from saturated and trans fats as the body doesn't work well with these. Try keeping other fat amounts low also daily. The key to weight loss is to really watch what you do in terms of how much you eat, how late in the day you have food and what your level of activity is to burn it up as well. I would NOT suggest to take any diet pills unless you check the safety of them with a doctor or nutritionist first.
Some people are just born with a bigger body chemistry and nothing will really take that away or reduce that long term. It is a matter of being healthy and happy as you are to begin with. Pills always seem to come with a price, look at Anna Nicole Smith and what happened to her. Trimspa was what she endorsed yet reportedly had weight battles even though she claimed to use that one. The risk doesn't seem worth using it.

I have been taking "Hoodia" for about 3 weeks now and it does really seem to work, I do not feel hungry and have to tell myself to eat sometimes.. ( which is wayyyy not like me lol)
I saw the infomercial on it but the one I got I found at Walgreens.. There are a lot of phonies out there claiming to be hoodia.. so read labels.. it will say 100% Hoodia ..
It is working for me, and I will be buying another bottle this week before I run out..
Best of luck to you
What is really good about it is it is not a caffein.. doesn't give me jitters or anything at all, but I seem to be in a better mood.. calmer even..

You burn 1500 energy an afternoon (for the normal man or woman, that is referred to as BMR and you'll be able to calculate it) simply dwelling and respiring. This method should you have been not to transfer in any respect, all day, you could nonetheless burn this many energy with a good functioning metabolism. So should you burn the whole lot you devour, you're burning your BMR + some thing you're employed off via recreation. This will result in a caloric deficit. If your caloric deficit is simply too low, your frame will move into hunger mode and hoard fats. Burning the whole lot you devour is a horrible concept.

no. if you want to lose weight then good ol' diet and exercise is the way to go.
however, that said, the FDA approved an OTC fat burning drug that is supposed to come out in the summer. www.myalli.com. but I don't recommend any pills to lose weight. You need to learn to eat correctly and exercise.
