If you can not afford to buy a "teacup" yorkie, then you can not afford to take care of him either. "Teacup" is a marketing gimmick thought up by greedy "breeders" who breed for dogs way below the size the breed standard calls for. They do this with absolutely no concern for how healthy the puppies will be. An unusually large number of "teacup" (insert name of breed here) suffer from liver shunts, heart defects, weak immune systems, and an increased chance for broken bones resulting from normal daily activities. "Teacup" dogs are rarely healthy and usually rack up the vet bills in no time.
Also keep in mind that a free dog is less likely to be a healthy dog than one with an adoption/purchase price. Some "free" dogs end up costing their owner far more in vet fees than championship dogs from responsible breeders.
If you really want a male yorkie but can't afford what the breeders in your area are asking, try locating a local yorkie or small dog breed rescue (petfinder.com is an excellent place to start). They will charge an adoption fee, usually between $80-300 (this helps off-set their expenses for keeping the dog healthy and treating any problems he may have come with). And I will say it again, if you can't afford a reasonable adoption fee, then you can't afford to properly care for a dog...even a healthy dog will cost you a minimum of about $400 a year for food, annual exam and shots, and liscensing fees alone.

You are never going to find a yorkie for free. Especially a pure breed. I bought mine a Just Puppies in orlando and it cost me about 900$$$$, but it came with all the papers and shots. I found it too be the cheapest and safest way to buy a yorkie.

Teacup yorkies are going to have horrible health problems. they are dwarfed to the extent they live for 5 years. If you cant spend proper money on a teacup, you will have to give up your dog when you have to pay 10000$.
Go to a shleter!

You won't find one, as they don't exist. There is no such thing as a teacup yorkie, or teacup anything for that matter. That is a scam to sell runt puppies, often times with lots of health issues, to people who buy into the OMG teacup crap.

I'm curious as to how you can afford to take care of him if you can't even purchase the dog himself.
Look at rescues, and look in your newspaper. You won't get a free dog unless there's something wrong with it.
