I file 2006 tax thru Turbo Tax (online) and then I get thru mail another W2 that I totally forget can I file that w2 thru turbo tax or a Income tax company like H&R block or something like that ?

To including your forgotten W2, you have to fill in Form 1040X. Which is for amendments of an aready filed return.

You have to go to IRS.gov and get 1040-X to amend your return.
Alternatively, H&R Block etc can help you amend your return as well.
Amended return can't be filed electronically. So you will have to pay for the tax preparation fee before leaving the tax office. They will print out all the forms for you to mail to an IRS office in your location.
Make sure you bring your printed copy of your 1040 before heading to a tax office. They will need to see your original filing before amending the return.

No, you can't just file another return for the same year, you have to file an amendment on form 1040X showing the numbers from the original return, the corrected one, and the differences.

Go to irs.gov and get the 1040-X form this will be the supplemental and correct any error from your original 1040

no you only file once a year or get in trouble with uncle sam.
