Veggies, fruit, water, green tea... any tea, whole grains, nuts, fish like wild salmon, olive oil...

Here are the opposites of healthy...

Saturated fat, trans fat, hydrogenated oil, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, sucralose (Splenda)... (Admittedly I am a fake sugar addict and trying to quit)...

you dont go on a "little diet". diet is a way of life not a sprint. "little diet" only creates yo-yo dieting and health problems.
