Protestants, if you know what the Chaplet of Divine Mercy is and you know the history then I have a question. The nun told us that Jesus said that all should pray it. Do you? If not, do you think that the nun is lying or just made up stories of Jesus confronting her? Don't give offensive answers, I'm just curious, I would ask my teachers, but they probably never heard of it. All opinions welcome.

Catholics talk to Jesus. The prayers are guildines. The Lord's Prayer is taken FROM THE BIBLE. The Hail Mary is taken FROM THE BIBLE. Somebody has been stipping Bible Lessons I see.

To the first responder, what if Jesus really came up to her...you forgot to state whether or not you think the nun lied or anything.

To the third responder, how idiotic to say...FUNDIE!

it is a beautiful prayer, and all about the sacrifice of Jesus and the might of God.

Gee, sounds really awful doesn't it?? Those who condemn it do so because they have no idea what it is and all they hear is 'Catholic' and that's enough to draw their disdain.

Oh well - their loss.

OK, just read about it. It sounds good what that nun who came up with it said.
Now here's the thing. Many Catholics have many rehearsed prayers (Hail Mary etc) but we Protestants talk to Jesus as we would talk to a friend. No rehearsed prayer, just talking friend to friend.
So no you won't find many Protestants who pray like this.
God bless,

I don't pray it. It sounds extra-biblical, if you will.

If it isn't supported in God's word, I'm not too interested. There are some things done in the Catholic Church which seem to me to be 'extra-biblical', and not supported by His word.
