Baby seats are *generally* universal (in theory anyway). Easiest thing you can do is, if you live in a major metropolitan area (or reasonably close), drop into a Fire Department station. In many places, FDs will check fittings, and if necessary, adjust them for you, and can likely give recommendations on which lines to avoid.

Almera's have isofix fitted to newer models and seats nowadays are made with isofix, ask the selling dealer about seats and isofix.
