Is going to church going to save anyone?
Rather trust in God through Jesus Christ. We have churches to go to if that's part of your belief system, but my Bible says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. I can listen to radio and the internet if I want to. And church originally had more to do with believer's gathering than it did meeting at a building.

Organized religion is a business. Giving money to a church, tithing and attending church just supporting the business. If you have faith and are a good person you are "worshiping" by action. No need to go to a man made structure for an hour a week to be faithful. Church goers are no more faithful than non church going belivers. Some times they are less faithful.

That must be left up to you to decide. The church is not the structure but those using it to worship. A congregation or (family of believers) is meant to be a source of strength and encouragement to Christians.

Who says you need church to talk to God? Personally, I think we should cut out the middle man. But I'm not really religious so much as spiritual.
The question you should ask yourself is, "What makes the Pastor/Priest/Father anymore able to talk to God than me?" What makes the pastor any more holy?
The answer is......nothing. The only difference is he went to special schooling for it.

Right and Wrong is determined from within in many Religions.
For Catholics, not attending Mass weekly is wrong.

cclleeoo has a very good point.
The fact that you are asking this question indicates that it is something that is weighing heavy on your conscience. Listen to your conscience and go every Sunday.

You'd be better off staying out of church altogether.

As long as you believe, follow, and continue to be a child of God, then you should be okay.
