I heard they decreased appetite. Im kinda over wieght, and ive done everything. But i was told by friends that this would help.

To answer your question, yes, amphetamines are found in pharmacies. You need to go to your doctor, and discuss weight loss issues with him/her. Sometimes they are prescribed for weight loss, but not very often, as they are addicting. Try cutting out all bread, pasta, and eating after 8 pm. Get regular excercise. Please do not try any street drugs,(ie, meth.), even if you get the opportunity.That stuff is BAD,BAD! Join a overeaters anynomous club for support. You can do it! Believe in yourself.

Sorry, that is a controlled substance, and very rarely prescribed. It causes heart attacks and deaths. Drinking milk will decrease your appetite, and not hurt you. There's no easy way out when it comes to weight loss. You'll have to work hard at it and be dedicated to it, cos it is not easy.
