The reason I ask, is because whenever I go out, most men are taller than me and so are most women, which gets me wondering, 'Am I THAT short? ...Or just unlucky?'

dont worry, ur not that short!! :] maybe a bit unlucky but tall ppl can look lanky so short is sumtimes a good thing, and they look less scary too!:} (im short ;))

5ft 9in aint that short mate the average for a male is not throu 6ft but will be soon im sure im 6ft 3in and i would rather be a shorter because i look like rake guess you are what you are

nah 157 is short almost everyone is bigger than me
