To lose 10 pounds in two weeks all depends on how overweight you are. If you are extremely overweight sheding ten pounds in two weeks will be really easy, just increase your exercise level, lower your calorie intake.
If however, you only need to lose 10 pounds, two weeks is unrealistic. You would have to work out in a gym for five hours a day or so every day for the next two weeks at the least.

Well, it can be done, but you certainly have your work cut out for you!! First of all, you must decrease the amount of calories you're eating, and increase the amount of calories you're using. You MUST burn more calories than you eat to see any results. The amount of calories you maintain in your diet should depend on your health condition, weight, height, etc. You need to eliminate excess sugar, fat, and sodium from your diet as well. No carbonated drinks. No adding sugar (unless it's splenda) to your coffee. No fried, greasy foods. ABSOLUTELY no fast food, unless it's a salad, and even then, you must NOT use dressing with fat, and you must watch your portions. I also recommend making sure that you are sleeping 8 hours per night. New scientific research suggests that the hormone leptin, plays an important part in weight loss. When you don't get enough sleep, it drives leptin levels down, which means you don't feel as satisfied after you eat. You will have to research this topic in more detail for yourself. Also, you must exercise. If you're trying to lose 10 in 2, you're going to need to do 5-6 days of cardio, for about 60 minutes per day. Strength training is also an important part of an exercise regimen. And, last, but definitely not least, drinking proper amounts of water is crucial to lose any weight. Maintaining hydration is important for energy, appetite control, and efficiency of our bodies.

Start dieting at least 3-4 weeks ago. 10 lbs in 2 weeks is unrealistic. Shoot for 1-2 lbs a week, if you want to keep it off.
