What kind of paper work do I have to bring with me and what can i use as a deduction?

Well for starters you need your w-2 forms then if you own a home you can write off the interest that you paid, if you work and have to buy your own clothes you can deduct that off, If you gave any money to charity or donated anything you should have a paper showing that and you can us that as a deduction, If you went to school then your school would send you a slip in the mail of how much you can deduct off your taxes.

Bring anything you got in the mail earlier this year that said "tax information" on it, your social security card, and a copy of last year's return if you have it.

If you have enough deductions to itemize, bring along proof of all those deductions. The responder who said you could deduct clothes for work wasn't exactly right - that's only if they're required uniforms, not regular clothes. You'll get what's called a standard deduction in any case - unless you own a home or have huge medical bills or charitable contributions, you probably won't itemize otherwise.
