I´m a native speaker and I can understand portuguese and italian easily if people don´t speak them very quickly, I would say that at least 50% of the conversation. French is a bit more difficult but you get some words and maybe understand what they´re talking about. They all have similarities.
Written language is also similar and not difficult to understand.

Italians and Spanish people can understand each other a little bit. But don't make the wrong idea.It doesn't mean speaking Spanish can be understood by all the Italians.I'm a fluent Italian speaker and this summer I went to Spain.I tried to speak Italian with them but they didn't understood me much. Thanks God,I knew a little bit Spanish (For just in case). Remember,Italian and Spanish are both different languages.Plus many words that are similar to each other have different meanings in both languages.

I would say portuguese 40%, Italian 15%, French 5%. The easiest for us for far it's Portuguese. French is the less similar to Spanish.

Portuguese 60%, Italian 40% and French 70% (spoken). Maybe because I studied French for a couple of years.
Written it would be more.

Italian and Portuguese are quite similar to Spanish. Spoken, let's say 50%, written 80-90%.

French phonetics are quite different. Let's say, Spoken;10 %, written 50%.

When you are a real Spanish speaker the quantity is high, but isn't the same when is written, you see some many words sound the same and have the same meaning, but the way to write them is a little bit different.
