Get a HUGE and Juicy NewYork Steak..a baked potato stuffed with sour cream, chives, bacon bites, and shreded cheese. If some room left for salad...Get the best Ceasar Salad in town. Sorry I don't like sweets so I let's have another amigo to answer that part!

You probably already know what you should eat. You just haven't really thought about it.
Just think about what foods you really like to eat and take maybe between 10-15 of those foods in big but not too big portions because you wanna be able to eat everything or almost everything and dig in !

Decadent? You want decadent? You need only turn to "The Decadent Cookbook: Recipes of Obsession and Excess" by Medlar Lucan and Durian Gray.

Ancient Rome was renowned for gustatory decadence. Here is a suggested menu:

Starters:
Sea urchins
Roast dormice or squid stuffed with brains

Entree:
Small roast testicles, boiled ostrich, suckling pig with vegetables and snails, flamingo stew, stewed thrushes, or kid or lamb hollowed out like a pipe

Dessert:
Rose-hip and calves brain custard, milk-fed snails, or omelet with honey

Don't forget the wine! Romans liked theirs quite sweet, with spices or rose or violet petals.

That should give you plenty to chew on.
